EHR Hosting
OneHealth hosting uses Amazon Web Services (AWS), enabling world-class security and performance. It also allows auto-scaling, secure remote access, backups and disaster recovery, automated data archival, downtime protection, automated security monitoring and vulnerability scans, advanced traffic optimization, and more.
Migrations
Zivaro supports on-premise-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations. Migrations are planned and managed by an assigned, highly-experienced project manager. We work with your EHR provider and third-party interface vendors and telecom providers to ensure a smooth transition.
Migrations are scheduled 8-10 weeks in advance, depending upon client and EHR provider availability. A mock migration occurs 2-3 weeks before the production move. Exhaustive testing and acceptance also ensure there are no disruptions for your EHR users.

Backup & Disaster Recovery
Production Servers: nightly server snapshots with a 30-day retention period. Drives containing database files and backups are excluded from the nightly snapshots; databases have different backup schedules.
Production EHR Databases: weekly full backups, daily differential backups, and hourly log backups. Production EHR database backups are retained for 90-days.
Production Reporting Databases: weekly full backups; daily differential backups are supported up to 50 gigabytes per day. Reporting database backups are retained for 30-days.
Virtual Desktops
We support many virtual desktop options to provide a rich user experience inside a secure environment t accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection.
